Hello,
Well, I went BR last week adn was told that even if I'd forgotten to include debts they would all be wiped.
I forgot, I suppose technically as I have a Next account that they are also a creditor? Will this be wiped? Should I mention it to the OR to get it wiped? Bit of a shame as I use it quite often but it's about £150 I don't have!
Any advice?
Thanks!

Unsecured debts that you had prior to going BR are covered by it. However, to make things easier for yourself as you'd probably prefer not to have Next contact you about it, I suggest letting the OR know asap that you forgot to include it.

Yes. You must tell the OR. As WDIAG says it is included in the BR whether on your petition or not. Legally the account no longer belongs to you, but forms part of your bankruptcy estate.
The OR won't mind. With the mess a lot of peoples heads are in on the run up to BR, they see things like this get forgotten quite often.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
