I have a will but it's very old and out of date, keep meaning to make a new one, but don't really know what I want to leave to who.
Sounds silly, but when you have no close relatives, its not that easy to do the right thing. Obviously there are plenty of more distant relatives who would be very happy to take some.
Keep thinking I will probably end up in a home and pay everything I possess on fees, so no one will get a bean.

Makes me think, why do I keep looking for bargains :) but just can't help it.

makes me wonder why like-minded people dont get together and pool resources. buy a nice big place with grounds and security. sure it could be done provided the right contract could be agreed by all :)

This has made me think, as my will is 25 years old clearly things have changed in those years!

Having lots of kids, I have no trouble where any money will go, but it would be nice to consider specific items for specific people.

I would not worry about close relatives, just think of who you are close to, who loves you and will struggle on loosing you... they are the people you need to name in your will.

I think I may go to WHSmiths tomorrow and get a will pack!
