I have hoops and crosses, J20 and Mr Muscle oven cleaner among others. They have sent me £1 off the Mr Muscle, didn't pay that when I bought it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Not sure, they are claiming it wasn't their fault! Can't remember the phrasing they used at the mo. We are going on with it because the pilot stated that he had argued to carry on to Cuba rather than returning to Gatwick, it was all about convenience for them, but it is like arguing with an umbrella so we have sent the info to a friendly solicitor.

I wonder why I haven't got any coupons I always get my CC statement later than everyone else so maybe it's the same with coupons?

Yes we got ours a couple of days after ordering. I've not used it yet but my wife is quite impressed with it. It was the Air3 Pet for £84.98.

What would be really useful for my flight compensation attempt is somewhere to find the itinerary complete with fault reports (flight radar only keep the info for 30 days) or a way of accessing the voice recorder for the flight.

However, I suspect both are impossible, the itinerary no longer online and the voice recording will not be accessible to public.
