Emerald hope your trapped nerve pain goes soon, feel for you as it has been going on for a long time.
Fairclaire - I have voted as well, very good cause and fingers crossed for a win.
I tried a little of the coconut spray on my arm to test the smell yesterday. Well my skin does not like it as it was burning and irritated so glad I just tested it and didn't spray all over.0 -

This charity is very close to my heart as I have had some fantastic help and advice from them over the years. I can also say that these sensory rooms make a massive difference to the children that use them.
It's not a straightforward click a button, you need to verify your vote from the email they send after you vote. Only takes a minute though
I know there's a lot of posts looking for votes at the moment but this one is extra special

Quick one for gardeners/allotment holders.
Which is better to use- weed suppressant fabric or dpm? I appreciate that moisture will seep through the fabric so a few weeds may grow but will it be easier to re-dig in the Spring as opposed to using a dpm which will keep water out of the ground, perhaps making the ground harder to re-dig. iyswim. tia0 -
