    Good morning all

Emerald hope your trapped nerve pain goes soon, feel for you as it has been going on for a long time.

Fairclaire - I have voted as well, very good cause and fingers crossed for a win.

I tried a little of the coconut spray on my arm to test the smell yesterday. Well my skin does not like it as it was burning and irritated so glad I just tested it and didn't spray all over.

If anyone has a spare minute, could you consider voting for this fantastic cause. It's one of the very few schools in the country just for autistic children. This charity is very close to my heart as I have had some fantastic help and advice from them over the years. I can also say that these sensory rooms make a massive difference to the children that use them.

It's not a straightforward click a button, you need to verify your vote from the email they send after you vote. Only takes a minute though :)

I know there's a lot of posts looking for votes at the moment but this one is extra special :D

    National Autistic Society
    We need your help!

The NAS Helen Allison School has been shortlisted for the Lloyds Bank Community Fund. If they get enough votes they will receive £3,000 to go towards a new Sensory Therapy Suite.

    Quick one for gardeners/allotment holders.

Which is better to use- weed suppressant fabric or dpm? I appreciate that moisture will seep through the fabric so a few weeds may grow but will it be easier to re-dig in the Spring as opposed to using a dpm which will keep water out of the ground, perhaps making the ground harder to re-dig. iyswim. tia
