? for Bradley, where do you buy protein shake? Both my boys are on it as they try to muscle up (both very skinny at the moment). I find it very expensive and spend ages searching out deals.
I use myprotein.co.uk as its the cheapest in Europe...(according to their tag line...and to be fair, I believe them)...I got for the unflavoured...tastes like baby milk but Im used to it now, £13 for a kilo...25g protein per 30g serving...THATS CHEAP!
Anyways, I use a cheeky 10% off code which Ill pm you once I have logged in and found it. Im part of a club called www.proteindiscountcard.com. Theres a free and VIP type membership. Im the free type but it means some really good discounts...plus sign up to myprotein and they will send you emails offering freebies and samples.
If they are very skinny, they would need to look at either making specific shakes to gain weight (and this would involve drinking the right shakes and eating the right foods at the right time). Normal whey protein wont help to bulk / build mass...Something like that peanut powder or instant oats would really help them.
Get them to have a read on the nutrition stickies on bodybuilding.com. Its aimed and everyone and includes teens / younger lifters.
If they want to email me and ask any questions, pm me and ill give you my email address...always happy to answer any questions and if I cant, Ill direct them to someone who can...0 -

Always have a look at Sainsbees, they tend to have them on clearance a lot at my local, normally about 75% off. Holland and Barrett also do some good deals, they do inflate their prices when they have promotions on, but they can be cheaper than paying the full price.
I can't do protein shakes, they give me the !!!!!$. Get them to eat more chicken/tuna/things with a lot of protein in them if the protein shakes are too expensive.
Are your kids working out whilst taking the shakes? If not, they may end up with man breasties!:(:(
