Woohoo, in answer to my own question earlier.....the £17 off £60 spend, and the £5 off when you spend £20, bothe came off my online delivery (even though I am in Scotland). 6 bottles of Hardy's Crest for £13.94 doing a Floflo Happy days.

Yep it is...10 a day lol...and lot of chicken...i also buy peanut butter from H&B...its the natural one (though i still love Tesco Value PB...amazing)...anyway, i use peanut powder in my shakes...great way to add good fats and add calories if i am running low for the day!
