- All products covered by the ASDA Price Guarantee are compared by independent price comparison site mySupermarket.co.uk. All comparable products are included in the Price Guarantee. However, see Clause 16 for excluded promotions.
- mySupermarket only compare like for like products (i.e. branded products that are identical or very similar own label equivalents). For very similar own label products mySupermarket ensure these products meet the same needs or are intended for the same purpose.
Ways in which mySupermarket do this include: - Identifying the key characteristics of the products including flavour, whether it is organic, Fairtrade, low fat, gluten-free, free-range or eco-friendly and ensuring that they are not matched in a way that gives any retailer an artificial advantage.
- Where products are of a different size, weight or volume ensuring that the difference in size, weight or volume does not favour one retailer over another.
- Compare goods where there is no more than a 10% difference in size/weight/volume and will ensure that the prices are adjusted so that the equivalent price of identical size/weight/volume products are compared.
I think it's been discussed before and it shouldn't compare on APGApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Yep I saw that of course but doesn't the APG just use MSM's database?0

Typical, missed it and gone up in price. Just as I need some duvets, missed out on the Tesco ones and the Asda ones aswell. DS was sick at the weekend on a double duvet, have tried to wash it, but covered in bright orange, and the stain just will not shift, also was sick on a single duvet aswell, both knackered. Need new ones, if anyone knows of any cheapies about, please let me know.0 -
Sanex has compared at the correct price for me today...
Could be the beginning of the end for this glitch.0
