Cycling, walking, sport etc
My kids are heavily into swimming, in fact they are at county level.
I don't push them: they push themselves.
My daughter used to be into swimming when she was young. She used to get annoyed that people who she was beating in the swimming club were winning medals and she wasn't old enough to enter the competitions. She was also into diving, but had to give it up due to problems with her ears.0 -

Just going out and enjoying the good weather, nice trees and countryside around me, gardens and parks and lakes. Very relaxing. A walk through a forest as well.
As for sport, "at school I was always picked last for the sports team". Never understood why.
In adulthood, diagnosed with AS - later on, I read [red] (cover to cover as usual:D) Tony Attwood's "Complete Guide..." (I'm never sure how any book could be a "complete" guide to anything but to be fair his is fairly comprehensive). And there is the answer. I have a bouncy gait at times. I'm also a bit clumsy and, while I wouldn't say I have motor difficulties, apparently there is something there - it's the reason why my feet never kick a ball properly and I suspect I am a little out of sync. Explains why I was never good at sport, although I did do swimming quite well.
Of course you would already know it could not be sport (in the sense of football, cricket, tennis, badminton, rounders etc). As 'ignorance of AS is never any excuse', you're all taken to know all about AS already and therefore know that sport isn't my thing. That said, I did really enjoy squash in my youth - such an energetic sport and I really liked that about it. I really give things my all sometimes (whilst others stand around not seeming to get into them - you all just don't know how to party:D).0 -
