I've just spent half an hour going through the freezers and cupboards to make a list of everything in them. Decided that we need to eat what's in them before we go and buy more. Sensible thinking

I sit here and come up with a menu plan and bloody misery guts has decided that he is eating different EVERY DAY this week.

MY OH will always insist he wants to eat something that we don't have in the freezer or that he needs new bread or potoatos or coleslaw or chips or something so we end up shopping every day anyhow - so annoying, when we get good days like this I would rather have an extra hour in the garden then traipsing to the supermarket for just one item.

Ive got a freezer list with its contents and a meal plan but it all seems to go out of the window.

I suggested having a go at the Old elpasco enchilladoes but he refused, says he does not like that sort of thing. So I says you don't like chicken, cheese tomato sauce or wraps ???? He said then that he would though make fjihatas which is another version of the same thing :mad:

And the entire cooking thing is getting on my nerves, he has taken it over altogether. On Friday I was all set to do lamb hotpot for him but he came home early and took over and did it himself - OK I must admit probably better than mine would have been.

This week eldest son is home so at least I get to make him porridge and eggy bread and sandwiches - I cooked endless meals for my gang when everyone was home but I don't get to do any cooking now at all apart from cake baking ...

Must not moan really - he obviously enjoys cooking but I would like to cook the evening meal sometimes

I see that MSL have removed most of the offers again - no doubt more people caught out again who went shopping today.

They really need to sort themselves out - it is either on all weekend as the notification suggested or on until 6pm Sunday. That will be another group of people they have annoyed and lost on top of us who are holding back until they pay up!
