    just read on fb tesc0.

    I'm getting fed up with
constantly buying the stir fry noodle deal (veg,
sauce and noddles for £3) and
getting home and the offer hasn't been
adjusted at the till so I've paid full
price for each of the three items.
The first two times it happened I just left
it, third time I queried in store and they amended and again just got back home
    as it slipped my mind
at the checkout and I've been charged for the items again
    and no offer has
been adjusted. Its the noodles, veg and sauce deal for £3. So
    many people
must be getting this deal and not realising you aren't charging the
    correct
price and its been going on months and months...

not seen this deal, but will look into it for dtd.
    I just posted this. -
what exactly did you get please. as I will stay away from that combination

    as if ;)

The recipe I use calls for them to be roasted. I made some unroasted the other day too and I thought it was a bit bland :( which was a shame as we'd both had a production line going to get the skins off :rotfl:

http://nutritionella.com/2013/08/garlic-roasted-tomato-sauce/ is the recipe I'm using. Just add less garlic if required and add chillies or whatever you want, depending on taste

    I have to say, it's lush :D:D

I agree that roasted them makes a far better sauce, Mr TS chucked some in the oven one night last week and we had it the next day with courgettes in as we have a glut. Made a nice change from meaty sauces. :)

Thanks for the new thread Chris V :D

Offer these :grouphug: to those that need.

Seems a few of the flock are going through a rough time at the moment.

One of the best parts of this thread is the help and support offered

Have been researching Irish Cream again as Mrs F seems to like it :D

    T Irish Meadow Cream Liqueur (700ml) £4.54

A Irish Knights Irish Country Cream (700ml) £4.70

    S Irish Country Cream Liqueur (700ml) £7.50 ( although it won't compare because it's not a "brand")

Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Irish Cream Liqueur (1L) £10.00 ( Mrs F says this one is the nicest of the own brands.)

If it's just based on value for money then this has to be the winner hands down:

Asda Irish Knights Irish Country Cream (1.4L) £9.00 n/a.

    Man U, oh dear :D
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

I've decided that it's the way to go :D

The olive oil I use is some stuff that I brought back from Crete in April- the family who own the hotel make their own up in the mountains :)
