Hi Savvy
My OH has had endless problems over in manchester...but email them at HO and get a email to confirm...
OH was constantly being picked on for picking up receipts and even using them, even after I had complained to HO and they said they have spoken to the stores..
OH has been made to look embarassed in front of a lot of people, but no apology was ever given...

so give them an email and print it off and take it with u...even though it was useless for my OH but still persevere... not sure if the different stores have got the message yet but so far so good...for now!!!
