    Much easier than Insanity and definitely worth a bash - much cheaper than a years subscription to a gym

    Want to thank AAU as well for pointing out the offers on t's last night, first time i did a click and collect bought 10 x 26 wash bold for £60, went half price today so £30, used a £15 off £60 spend so actual cost for 10 bottles £15, so 5.7p per wash :T:T:T

    yep DH is doing that as well, keeps him happy. if you want an opinion on it ill ask him when he gets in. i just know he comes home from work and spends about an hour in the garden most nights with his laptop and does various excercise plans. ive jsut had a quick chick on the shelf and asylum is there,
    he started off at the gym doing combat and attack classes then went on to just buying the discs and doing the workouts himself at home
