Think it might be worth buying 10 muller rice today in sada - have a look at msm;)

Many many Muller thanks for this..... I was just running very low.

Have my list mixing 4 rice, 4 fruit corners and 2 light, all on A's offer, I found before that it looked like this was the best way of glitching, even when they were all on mys for a's, as keeping each type of yog below 5. Not sure if it does actually make a difference, but anything worth a try with some of these glitches. :D

    latest nugget from DS2

'Mum you know when you go to University to get unrolled, what exactly are they going to do to you? it doesn't sound very good' :D

guess who was earwigging in on my telephone conversation with DS1 about me going to enrol at uni? :D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    :rotfl:

I was once told a story by a tutor when I was at college...

A class room assistant was helping a child with addition..she kept asking him to add one more on to a number..after a while the boy began to cry, the assistant asked him why he was getting upset..he replied "I'm not a moron!,"
    Bless:A

Just goes to show the way we say things and they way they are heard can mean two different things entirely

Now there is always a risk - I am looking at the 2 for £5 six packs of lights and they are showing dodgey too- will post in min.

Good luck QoC - I've fallen off the waggon since my hols but back on today hopefully. Baked the gammon in coke last night - so have my ham sorted. Just been informed by DD that the school is having their Macmillan coffee morning tomorrow - buns required. So I'm baking muffins this morning - I can think of better things to do on a fast day :o - must resist, must resist.:rotfl:

My downfall is the evening, there have been innumerable fast days that have gone really well - pat myself on back too soon and then splurge about 9pm (starts off with I'll just have a taste, to - what the heck ...).

I am paying the price this week for BNI and Rustler offers :p

My problem time is between 5-6pm. I dont eat after 9pm as it gives me weird dreams

If I can get through the day in work with no problems, I'll be ok. Its just these next 6 hours.... :rotfl:

    We can do it :T

I have never smoked because of my Grandad..... he was actually my step Grandad and was always special to me when I was growing up, but is more special in my memories today as I know he took on my Dads Mum and my Dad when Dad was younger at a time when they were in very poor circumstances.... they spent time in a workhouse after the war, then in a Nissen hut for a number of years. (People think they have it hard now!)
I lost him when I was about 10 due to lung cancer, I wasn't even allowed to visit him during his last month as he went down to about 4 stone. His passing was also a huge loss to my Nan and my Dad too.

I'm not lecturing to anyone, but if reading this story encourages even one person to take part in Stoptober i've done my bit.

    :A Grandad :A

My dad is still alive but very poorly due to heavy smoking and a smoky job......smoked from ten and changed to cigars when trying to give up once.
He had half his lung removed a few years ago so he is very prone to infection.
Nearly lost him in the spring, to cut a long story short he was admitted with a chest infection, poorly managed and ended up with pneumonia and renal failure.
Its so hard for mum as he now jokingly introduces her as his carer, but she spends all her time making sure he takes this, does that, exercises like this.
On the plus side she is still thinking about next years holiday and which airline would be best for oxygen etc.
