I thought it might be appreciated by some to point out that anybody who accepted a 3-month free trial of 'Plus' membership of Topcashback will now be paying an annual fee for the privilege. I'd forgotten all about this but was wondering why I couldn't withdraw 50p payable cashback just now.

This was their response to my query: -

We introduced a new membership level to TopCashback at the start of June 2013 called Plus membership. We gave all of our members, including yourself, the option to either remain a Classic (free) member, fully upgrade to Plus membership (incurring a £5.00 annual fee) or trialling Plus membership for free for 3 months. I can see that you opted into the trial and this ended on the 5th September 2013, which is why you're now a full Plus member.

This is also why you can't request your 50p Payable cashback; it is being held back as 'reserved' to go towards your £5.00 membership fee.

Would you like me to downgrade your account to Classic? If you would then please reply confirming so. For more details on the Classic vs. Plus membership levels please visit this link : http://www.topcashback.co.uk/blog/new-topcashback-plus-membership/view/.

i was same as RN tho,i ordered using a voucher last year and not placed any since,so maybe just to tempt us back if you have had previous vouchers.was impressed last year with them fast delivery and a nice little freebie notebook.:)
  • Emerald - my user name came from the fact that although I'd been reading MSE for over 2 years, I hadn't become a member OR found the forums, didn't realise there were any! What a prat!
  • Oops I posted a code earlier - sorry redfox - posted the same without code now.

Just found a wee glitch - order thru quidco at bodyshop is now 18% off. Order a LYB card get musk lotion free with that plus a free gift(choose from 3 one can be a 200ml shea butter) because you spent over a fiver -. All three delivered for £7.99 minus cash back of about £1.50. Ring up when LYB card does not arrive and get money back because they don't arrive for yonks:D

To be fair I've had a free bag (present my mate loves) notebook, cardigan that ended up costing me 40p and two beautiful tops for about £2. I've done well :rotfl: or my friends little girl has to be precise. I just love their clothes and wish I could buy them all the time :D
