Same owner company as Hawkins Bazaar. Friends of mine and I debated that we reckoned they would be going under after this final sale (hence the removal of personalised items from their website). We ordered just on the off chance that we would get the items (and all paid through paypal thankfully!).
One person received her items (although one wasn't as advertised) -still hasn't had any response.
The others of us are still waiting. Paypal's now taken the money from me after their 'pay later' 14 days, but I can't access online to track my order, and no response to emails or facebook.
I'm thinking I'll just claim my money back before I lose it totally.0 -

Me too moohic - this is clearly much more than just a site not coping with high volume sale orders. And they are still sending me emails about their blooming sale!0 -
Hi, i orderd from letterbox on the 20th september and have heard nothing since except them charging my credit card!
i have contacted them twice through the website and heard nothing its so frustrating that theres no other way to contact them! I paid by mastercard though, is there any chance of me getting my money back do you reckon? I wish I had paid by paypal now! Thanks for any help x 0 -
I ordered on 22nd Sep and still haven't heard either. Emailed a week ago and still nothing. They are not replying on there facebook page either.

Out of the blue, just over half my order arrived today. I had no replies to any emails, so just hope the refund happens easily!0

I've placed three separate orders and all of them have arrived. I received emails when the shipment was dispatched, and then a second email from the courier with a 1 hr delivery window, allowing me to track the package (down to where the driver was at any time of the delivery day and how many deliveries he had before mine).
The first two orders took a while. The third order arrived within 3 days.0 -
I received my order 3 or 4 days ago after waiting over 2 weeks and i've just received the item again..odd :cool:0

After no answer to my paypal dispute where I asked for a refund, no replies to emails etc, 25 days after my order was placed my package just turned up. Never ordering from them again. Appalling service.0

Judging by the complaints they removed from Facebook, and the experience of the rest of us on here, your experience is unusual to say the least.
I shan't order from them again. I am a veteran of online sales taking companies by surprise, but Letterbox are easily the most incompetent company I have ever ordered from.0
