Hi Guys
Not posted for a while but still read avidly. I went br 11/06 and not yet discharged.
Today I tried to switch telephone provider from Virgin Media(how bad are they!) to bt. BT credit checked me and said NO as I am a bankrupt and have not been discharged.This was done whilst I was on the phone with them trying to switch.
So if you are about to 'go under' get your utilities sorted first if you think there are better/more appropriate deals for yourselves
