I have written to Aqua yet again, asking them if they would freeze the interest on my credit card. I've received a letter today (2 actually, identical!)
Which outlines what I need to do to set up a repayment plan. In my letter to them, I obviously explained (yet again) that I have a DMP with StepChange.
They are asking for my I&E and full list of creditors. Isn't this what StepChange send to them? They're asking for a monthly pro rats offer of payment too.
Should I just ask StepChange to send everything to them again? I've had a few creditors stating they've not heard from StepChange, yet are happy to take their payment each month!

Your probably best speaking to StepChange on Monday as I would have thought they would be dealing with this for you, at least they will be able to give you good advice.

Ask Stepchange if they have sent the required info.

If so, send a written complaint to Aqua asking why they are still writing to you for info when you have informed them you are with Stepchange and they have sent them the info they need.
