As far as I can make out, this competition can be entered by using a lotto ticket for the 28th September which will still cost £1. The Lotto draws on 5th and 12th October can be entered with Lotto tickets for the Wed 18th and Sat 21st Sept draws, which also cost £1, so both competitions come within the limit.0

Yes they are...
Grab your Lotto ticket from any National Lottery Lotto draw from September 28 up to and including October 19. If you purchased your Lotto ticket from a retailer, look for the 19-digit number across the top of your ticket. Alternatively, if you purchased your ticket online, you will require the 15-digit number at the top of your ticket
All you need to do now is enter your ticket number, along with your contact details using the form which will appear on this site from September 30. It's as easy as that. What's more, if you win, we will email you back by 3pm on the Monday after the draw. So make sure you are checking your emails!0 -

My local paper is offering readers the chance to win £40,000 on their website derbytelegraph.co.uk/lotto.
There are no tokens to collect, or any catches so it seems like a
no-brainer if you already buy a lottery ticket anyway.
All you need to do is enter your name and postcode along with your Lotto ticket number and you can be in the draw to win one of two £20,000 prizes.
I can't see any reason not to give it a go. Anyone else seen this in their local paper?0 -
