    There is not usually a free phone number, it is free web entry and they are posted on here like the one below (a search for itv will usually find them)

    If you mean the likes of ITV / Channel 5 competitions where you can ring / text to enter, the phone numbers are never free - they're premium rate numbers, most of which charge about £1.50 per entry. You can always enter ITV ones for free online (or nearly always in any case) and you can easily find them on the main comps board by searching for "ITV"

    ITV comps are usually posted on main board & such as painkiller
    will include all the details for entering like online/phone etc
    but they're not free to enter

    enter Tv premium rate comps for free
    Never enter telly contests by calling a premium rate number. Companies must offer a free alternative, so many are available online free.
    You've as a good a chance as those who pay to play – several MoneySavers have won big cash prizes this way. One forumite won a £17,000 Dodge car, £10,000 of Tesco vouchers and a Mediterranean cruise – all in one go. Read forumite crackout's.

    They give the free entry via the website for itv comps not by phone
    Doesn't actually say its a free number just a free way to enter if I'm reading correctly....:j
