    Hi Nev and welcome.

    Appreciate that you're in Oz and property's in UK but I can't easily see how the two currencies match up.

    So approx what exchange rate do you want people to work with and can you show the figures with that?

    So total assets is $25k and £280k is that £290k or $445k? (Making these numbers up). One currency makes things clearer.
