The thing with the phone, well, I applied for it online, they couldn't complete the credit check or whatever as there was no funds in my account, was told to call back the next day to complete transaction. Next day I got one in town so did not call back to complete transaction.
They sent it me anyway, despite me not calling back. They then held me to the 14 day cool of period, that is written in the contract that I didn't ask to be in.
That's it in a nutshell, I got the phone through Carphone Warehouse, so EE aren't really interested. Carphone have already made their commission so they don't really care either.
I get the occasional letter from Buchanan, Clark and Wells, but I can't really see me getting anywhere with any of them really.0
