can anyone advise on the how to draw up a will nothing too complicated just to take advantage of any tax benefits.

start off with what you wish to happen to your estate (i.e. who do you want to inherit your money) and then look at the tax implications.
presumably you expect to leave more than £300,000 ..otherwise there are no tax implicationsEU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
