All entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday 31 December 2013. 5. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by booking with APT within 14 days of being notified. In the event of the winner being unable to confirm their acceptance of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant will win a Travelmarvel ‘Essential Vietnam & Cambodia’ (VTMR14F) tour & cruise travelling from Saigon to Siem Reap for two adults. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times during their holiday. The prize includes:
• Return economy class flights from London Heathrow, including all airline imposed taxes and charges
• 7 nights cruising on the RV La Marguerite
• Twin-share accommodation in a Category C (Porthole window) cabin
• Scheduled arrival and departure transfers, between the airport and APT’s hotels in Saigon and Siem Reap
• Port charges
• All tipping
• All land content, sightseeing, and meals as specified on the itinerary, plus complimentary soft drink, local beer and spirits while on board RV La Marguerite

Cabin upgrades can be made at the prizewinner’s expense, and will be subject to availability.
8. The prize does not include travel within the UK or travel to/from UK airports, travel insurance, food, drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than those stated above. Visas may be required and are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure that they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance, and obtain any necessary vaccinations for their trip at their own expense.
9. The prize is valid for travel on selected dates between June and August 2014 from Saigon to Siem Reap, is subject to availability, and exclusion periods may apply. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No credit will be given if the full value of the prize is not utilised on one tour.
