Just a quick update, have been given a meeting for the middle of october to dicuss a shift change. Was absolutely grilled in an informal meeting and have now been put on evening shifts between 4 and 10pm. Not ideal but i dont mind until then to get things changed.

BTW thank you for all your advice it has got me out of a few sticky spots as they tried to blackmail me with false statements and had it all printed out in front of me, made them look like fools.

That's disgraceful, sounds like they were trying to get rid of you, i would watch your back and perhaps look for something else. if it was me i would RECORD what they said to me, there are smartphone apps to do this for free.

The legalities of recordings are a grey area. Be careful when doing this
