That's the price at the moment, £291 for 500 litres?
  • Seemingly...

Which is frustrating coz we got our 500l a couple weeks ago :(:(

For whatever reason, there's never any prices on http://www.cheapestoil.co.uk/Heating-Oil-NI.aspx for the Coleraine/Port/Limavady area  Means I have to physically ring round each supplier which is a pain in the b!!! :p

Not really as phoning up can get you a better deal as companies will often attempt to better their rivals.
  • That is true.

But what they failed to tell me is that I could've saved £20+ if I'd waited 2 weeks :p

I'm waiting and watching. It's been dropping painfully slowly, £1 - £2 at a time for 500l this past week or so with Bangor Fuels who are £290 for 500l. Has it not been a while since it's been that low?
  • Value Oils are down to £287 and they've a £5 off voucher as well! :D

Do you think Red Ed has remembered the proportion of N Ireland homes using Oil as a power source for heating? Perhaps we should all email him to thank him for promising to freeze the price of heating oil after the election? :rotfl:
