You are correct although they do ask what payment vehicle to repay once you start to apply online and sale of house not possible0 -
The latest is as I had feared, Once you start to process the application if you have no payment vehicle in place that will cover the loan or are not wanting to borrow loads IE 300k it seems like a no go.0

Interest Only is not a 'consumer choice' option.

Well the very latest is I did not need your valued info, I rang Santander yesterday and asked what rate I would be going onto and they said the same rate I am currently on and because already on interest only I could stay on it so no change in my payments.
