Thanks for responding robbies_gal I have used a gmail address now. Where we live we have our own internet provider - 'Karoo' and we are not permitted to use another internet provider. This was the email that I was using obviously NatWest didnt like it but sorted now thanks

you dont need an account, you go to the site choose your voucher. I won last week and didnt sign up
