Please can anyone tell me if you can get a mortgage if you have a CCJ due to taking out a debt management plan?

With absolutely no information in your opening post, it's impossible to say if you will get a mortgage with your DMP/CCJ situation.
Details of DMP? Amounts, creditors, finished?
Details of CCJ? Amount? Date of registration? Satisfied? When?
Property purchase price?
Deposit? Source?
Income?
TBH by the time you've given us all this, you might as well have simply sat down with a good whole market broker with all three versions of your credit file and gone through it with them.

It is possible, but its dependent on so many different factors. The info above would be needed as a starting point.
You will most likely need a broker for this anyway, wherever a DMP is involved its always difficult.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
