I can reccomend London & Country, They did a great job for me. Although they are not always the eaiest to get hold of on the phone.0

have you thought of a self certificated Mjortgage?
Where you inform the lender that yo can afford the repayments.
Failing that £595 is not a lot of money, if you get the house you want. If he is certain he can get yo a mortgage, i'd go with him.Lic.0 -
Why would someone go for a self cert mortgage if they can get lower high street rates if at all possible?
Self certs are fine when used in the correct situation, but there are plenty other routes to look at firstI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We called London and country yesterday a guy took our details and is calling us back on Mon, we'll see?
I find all of this unbelieveable, now i know why we didn't do this years ago, i'm also 3 months pregnant and never been so stressed.
I'm so angry because the original mortgage advisor linked to the estate agent cocked it all up by using on my gross income not gross taxable, i feel we were led up the garden path.
The chelsea are still waiting for hubbies payslips, but it's so obvious they won't offer us a mortgage on his income alone, and the mortgage advisor still has a cheque for a valuation, what should i do there?
also the original mortgage advisor told us to instruct solicitors which we did and they've already done the searches.
SO far we've shelled out £300 and £300 for the survey(which hasn't been done yet), but if we get a mortgage with a different company, will we still be able to use the solicitors we've already instructed?
What a mess, i'm so cross that initially we were so badly advised!!!!0
