• The prize is a 7 night cookery course holiday for two to Goa with accommodation at a local 3* hotel. Included are return economy class flights to the value of £750 for each person, airport arrival transfers, 7 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation (sharing standard twin room), 3 hands on cooking classes with an expert chef, lunch of what you’ve created after each session, a visit to the local food market followed by an authentic south Indian breakfast, Spice Garden excursion, transport to and from the cooking school.
• The prize departs and must be taken before 31st October 2014. The cookery school is closed from 15th December 2013 to 6th January 2014 inclusive and the prize may not be taken during this time. All dates are subject to availability.
• The winner is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining (and cost of obtaining) appropriate visas, travel insurance, travel to-from airports, any necessary vaccinations and personal expenses including any meals, beverages and excursions not listed above.
