Aberdeen Commuting

I know this has been discussed so many times here but I will gladly appreciate practical advice please on this issue from any Aberdonian.
I am currently looking at buying in a property in Cove Aberdeen and will be commuting everyday to Westhill , does anyone has the idea of what commuting is like from Cove around 7.30am to Westhill?

Any feed backs will be appreciated

Absolutely terrible, I'm afraid to say. If you're working in Westhill I would certainly not be looking to buy in the north or south of the city - just look west, if a long commute bothers you!

It will take circa 40 minutes leaving Cove at 07.30 to Westhill Business Park. Leave half an hour earlier and you will have a much easier journey @ circa 25 minutes.

Commuting in Aberfreeze is a doddle compared to Edinburgh / Glasgow et al.

Cove to Westhill is one of the easier commutes - You can manage to avoid most of the city congestion if you choose your routes carefully - and you do have several options that avoid the worst of it.
