another for rosehip oil, I mix with sea buckthorn.
a few drops of rosehip oil on damp hair have transformed it!

I hadn't thought of trying it in my hair, will gove that a go, thanks :T
  • I think the Toners from this place are amazing - i use balance rescue tonic and the radiance boost cleansing oil :)

  • Have you looked at the Pure range from M+S? No nasty's, not bad prices and it's made in the UK. At least you can pop into a store and have a sniff to see if you like it. It has a quite herby smell, which may or may-not be to your tastes.
Personally, I love the Super Active Overnight Oil. £6 and it lasts ages.
  • Something I realised is a lot of baby product are reasonably priced and there are some very good natural type lines. A few members of my family appear to react to mineral oil, so we've used...

Wilko baby bum butter (don't let the name put you off, this stuff is amazing, and all natural) Very rich, a bit like vaseline, but not vaseline IYKWIM - great for lips, and very dry bits. Seems to have been discontinued, but I've heard good things about Waitrose's version.

Little Me Organics, in most supermarkets. Paraben free, no SLS.

I use oil cleansing method for face.

A 'Claudia Stevens Skin Toning Serum' for face at night. Actually picked up in a pound shop a few months ago - probably best thing I have ever used on my face, a blend of hazel, sesame, sunflower, almond, wheat germ, rose, nutmeg, lemon, orange, spearmint, parsley, acacia and grapefruit oil! So wish I had stocked up at the time - keep an eye out for it, I'm hoping it comes back!

Cocoa and shea butter bought online and whipped as shown on youtube.
No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!
