For me, wholesale-dress.net is a no-no
The prices are great, but they are never honest about the quality and when you get carried away and do a big order, they refuse to give you a refund based on the "reason" that you need photographic evidence of the item. It doesn't make sense. They know what the items look like, and the only thing they need for the refund is the card details and postal address. I spent almost $115, sent my parcel back months ago, and they still refuse to pay me back anything. Don't know what to do but feel annoyed.

They're Chinese but to be fair they don't pretend not to be.
If you are a wholesaler there are some wonderful bargains to be had from that country but you have to be aware that traders from the Far East don't always have the same level of honesty and decency that we are used to in Europe.
On the other hand, if you bought as a consumer, you need to wise up. Any purchases from outside the EU will be subject to VAT and, usually, the Royal Mail handling charge. You won't be covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the Sale of Goods Act.0
