Not at all. It 100% free. Sometime they tell you that if you spend £5 you get a free gift card which gives you 10% off for a year, but you're under no obligation to do so.

Just got one. Only 3 varieties available in mine. Ended up going with Rose.

I'm used to being looked at like an alien when I hand over vouchers but this time there was actually 2 other people in the shop using them at the same time!

I was asked if I wanted one of the body shop cards as they were free if I spent £5 when they are usually £5 on their own. I just said no thanks.

They have plenty of all four kinds in the Manchester store opposite M&S. Got myself another almond one this morning.

For some unknown reason the code wouldn't work for me in the Darlington branch this morning. The assistant said she'd had no trouble up until then but very kindly put it through under some other deal so I still ended up with my freebie.

Mine did the same. She tried it three times and the third time it worked. She had no idea why it wasn't working.

Also got the beauty card thingy for £5 but I got a "free" hand wash.I shop here quite abit so Ive been meaning to get one of these anyway, it was free really so not to bad and I get money off and other gifts through the year.

Thanks for this one - got mine today, rose...the woman on the metro next to me complimented the scent. Unfortunately as much as this is a freebie I fear it's going to cost me...haven't been on The Body Shop for years, I see now they have chocolate scented products
