Quick question please;
I'm due to remortgage with my new lender from 1st July(my current deal ends with my existing lender 30th June).
My new lender has confirmed that on 1st Aug the will take 1 months full payment plus a bit extra for July-fair enough.
Can I now cancel my DD with my existing lender or will they try and take a payment on 1st July..?
Thanks for any advice
Pete

Apologies,just returning to thread as we cant seem to get a definite answer for some reason from our current lender.Apparently they may take a payment on 1st July which will be refunded-though cant see the point in this.
Any mortgage experts out there that can advise please?
Thanks as usual
