So ultimately it was settled in the way that 'michaels' supposed in post #16? Or have I misunderstood?
And well done for keeping all documentation somewhere safe, I'm sure that helped...
fcFeb 2008, 20year lifetime tracker with "Sproggit and Sylvester"... 0.14% + base for 2 years, then 0.99% + base for life of mortgage...base was 5.5% in 2008...but not for long. Credit to my mortgage broker0 -
I wonder how many other have this latent tracker lurking in the background and have missed the chance to take it up when the base rates dropped.
Could be one that needs highlighting, this could if a lot of people have them cause a bit of a hit for FD.0
