Getting curtain hooks to stay on glider

We have Swish type tracks similar to these, I then use tape hooks to hang the blackout/thermal liners through the loops on the gliders.
For some reason two of the liners keep unhooking from the gliders. Is there any way of securing them in place?
These look as if they may hold better??
