This applies to Shopping at ASDA; using the self-service machines
Doesn't work at TESCO = single slot payment machines.
STOP using the coin banks = machines that take a charge out of converting all your small change in to higher denominations.
ASDA self service machines have similar pour-in coin trays.
Don't pay to change your money, use all that spare change to pay for your shopping. Just pour it in and watch your Amount-to-pay count-down before your eyes. Any invalid coins will just be thrown back as change :T
Maybe people might like to contribute where this can be done at other supermarkets which have suitable machines

Actually my nearest tesco self service has a coin slot not a basket, but the next nearest one has the baskets so I guess it's down to individual stores x0

Most Natwest branches have a coin changer though I think you need to bank with them. Maybe someone will correct me.
Metro Bank has coin machines that don't charge and you don't need to have an account with them.Dave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0 -
Morrisons near me has the trays you pour coins into - I use it all the time when I need to empty the coin jar. No way am I paying 10%.This is WAY more fun than monopoly.0
