How thorough are automated credit checks?

I have been honest with my lender and declared that I have 2 small defaults from 4 years ago. I seen my broker tick the box for defaults on the online application form.

The application only asked for 3 years address which I gave. (I have been in my current address this long so only the 1 address)

Now here's the tricky part the defaults don't show on my credit report as for some reason I don't have any linked addresses on all 3 of my reports. HOWEVER the linked addresses do show on my OH credit report so if they expanded on her previous address or linked address and seen me as an associate there they'd defo see them.

Which brings me to the question - can an automated credit check expand on things like OH's linked addresses and find a default from a financial associate from that address or is this only something an underwriter would manually have to delve into?

My worry is that I have passed a credit search with the lender based on the fact that the automated credit check hasn't picked up on the defaults as my linked addresses aren't on my credit report.

A full automatic credit check will be conducted as part of the application process. Any anomalies detected that impact the lenders criteria will be followed up manually.

Presumably then, the fact that I have declared the defaults on the application form; but the system hasn't picked them up on the credit search would be an anomaly which would require further checking?

I already have the mortgage offer but i'm petrified something will go disasterousley wrong.
