Have to like the page and allow them to access your profile, though I've seen them do nothing, despite asking for permission to post a status (though I set it to "only me" just in case.) They also ask you to share the page with a 18+ friend, though after choosing my person I cancelled sharing it and it still said my sample would be with me in 28 days.

The first link didn't work straight away and just kept asking me to like, but when I went through the main page it worked. Said there are 93,585 samples though, so no rush!
