Self litigation costs - advice needed

I am currently in the process of taking action through the County Court to recover monies owed by a housing association.
Does anyone know what I can claim for self litigation, obviously there is a lot of time been put in but also costs for stationery, printing, postage etc.
I had heard a figure of £80 could be claimed but could do with knowing exactly what I can charge, I have tried to look it up online but can't find anything on County Court website.
Thanks in advance
