Eventually managed to get on their site round about 3 pm on Thursday, ordered my VAX Air 3 and it arrived yesterday and all for a bargain of £69.99 + £4.99 Delivery. I was very impressed with the speed of service, have tried it out and appears to do what it says on the box. Thanks Martin for the tip. :money:

I wish my experience with the Vax sale had been so positive.
Having had similar problems with their web site last Thursday morning, at around 3pm I finally managed to order the Air3 Pet down from £269.99 to £84.98 including shipping.
I did not receive an order acknowledgement by email, so on Monday I used their web-site contact email to ask them to confirm that the order was OK and when it would be shipped.
When I received no response to my email, I phoned them on Tuesday and they confirmed that I should get the machine today.
Good news: Today, a vax arrived
Bad news: It was not the one I ordered!!
So I phoned them, and eventually they said they would ship the one I ordered and separately send me a returns bag so that I could arrange shipment for the wrong machine back to them via UPS (my administration, but at their cost). At least I would have the new machine within another week.
After that phone call had completed, I spotted that the paperwork showed that they were planning to ship me a different machine from the one that I had ordered. So I rang them back, and after initially refusing to accept that their computer had got it wrong and offering me only a refund, they eventually agreed to ship me the machine I ordered but only after the original shipment has arrived back at their warehouse.
So I now have to wait for them to send me a return bag and paperwork, arrange for UPS to collect it, wait for it to get back to their warehouse and for them to process it, and only then they will ship me the machine I ordered on a 3-5 day lead time - so likely to be 2-3 weeks from today before we get the new machine.
I guess the moral of this tale is ... If you want to get these great vacuums for a great price, be prepared to suffer great pain for it!!

Fortunately not all companies are like this.
I phoned Dymo for technical advice on an 8 year old label printer (fully prepared to buy a new one if needed), and their unprompted response was to send me a new one for nothing.
Yesterday I received the incorrect model of pump from Pond Pumps Direct - a better one than I ordered - but they were happy for me to keep it rather than swap it for the correct one.
So well done Dymo and Pond Pumps Direct!! :T :T0 -
I ordered my VAX last thursday, and recieved a reciept, but still no delivery confirmation and the website is down..... :-(0

i had the same problem as last poster. i emailed thru their site and 32 hrs later got this reply.
Hello John
Thank you for your recent email about your order
The tracking number for this parcel has not yet been assigned, I beleive the delay is caused by a system outage that UPS have experienced.
Please accept my apologies for the delay but rest assured that your parcel will be with your very soon.
Kind regards
Kate
