  • Yes, it was an unsecured debt - one that was sold on prior to my bankruptcy. I phoned them with my court details etc after I'd been declared bankrupt but they were unwilling to even speak with me!

    For my repossesion letter I will be copy a post and advice by steveabc

    He said simply the property was now empty and that he would not be returning, that he was now BR (and enclosed copy of his BR order), that he would not be making anymore mortgage payments and enclosed his house keys.


    He did say dont specifically mention voluntary surrender, or repossession.
    Remember dont sign letter type your signature.
