Halifax special offers

Morning all!

Just looking at the Halifax mortgage special offers. The special offers page says there are currently three special offers:

1) First time buyers, £500 cashback
2) Existing Halifax banking account holders, £150
3) There is also a £100 cashback for moving your existing bank account to Halifax

I can't see anything in the small print that says people are only allowed one offer or something. Does anybody know for sure whether this would mean that if I moved my HSBC current account to Halifax, then took out a mortgage, I would be entitled to all three at a total of £750?

I do have an appointment to see them later, but didn't want them fobbing me off with duff information, or feeling like that had when they have not!

Cheers!
