Who to pay first?

Hi! I'm new to this so please bare with me if I don't have all the details needed for the advice I require!
I have got myself into a mess with money in the last few years. I currently have a credit card debt of £4300 (Barclaycard) which has been passed onto a debt collection agency. I have personal loan debt with Blackhorse of £2500 & 3 payday loans, including one that has resulted in a CCJ. I am fortunate that my other half, who has now found out about the debt, is going to help clear these, but I would like to know how best to deal with the creditors. I'm not disputing that they need paying, but is there a best order to pay them in? Is there correct terminology to use, eg, full & final payment?
Any advice would be great.
Thanks.

Hi
Are you paying anything towards them currently?
Did the CCJ have a monthly repayment amount stipliated?
A full & final settlement is when you offer to pay a lump sum that is less than the balance owed - if you are in a position to pay lump sums, rather than monthly repayments, then the national debtline website has a useful factsheet and template letter.

Thanks for the response. I'm not paying anything towards them at the moment & I'm paying £50 per month via my wage, to the CCJ. I'm not sure about any interest charges - I'm embarrassed to say that I have totally stuck my head in the sand & have no idea about this.
I def want to pay lump sums so I will check out the website for advice.0
