need help on my secure loan

  • I will get out the agreement and have a look its not possible to pay more also have the mortgage to pay do you know anything about PPI I received a refund because I was miss led ,but I am still paying the same amount shouldn't the PPI come off the original loan?I have know idea ,its on the same loan .ty

    The APR looks like it is about 32% (difficult to say for sure as it is probably variable).

    It's a horrendous APR, but not not illegal. The paperwork you signed at the time would have been clear about the APR and was due to the fact that you're using a sub-prime lender.

    The best you can probably do is see if you can overpay (if you can afford to)

    No, because they have already given you that money back.

    That depends on how you are paying the PPI - it could have been added to the loan as a lump sum rather than a monthly payment.

    Did you receive money back for the PPI or did they deduct it off of the outstanding amount of the loan?

    In that case your monthly payment won't change, but the end date of the loan will, as the PPI single premium will have been deducted.
