    Looks like it. The £2976 from your previous job had not been taken into account when you were paying tax. After taking into account your claimed expenses you still owe the £348.

    Now you need to agree with HMRC how to pay this. I assume you don't want to pay it as a lump sum so see what they can do to allow you to pay it over a period. You might be able to do this by them changing your tax code.
    loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
