Has anyone noticed these popping up in their area?

I found one in Castle Mall in Norwich yesterday and my friend noticed a few of the items had an Atmosphere label in, which is Primarks branding.


I did buy a black pair of ankle platform boots, a nude coloured dress with leather type detailing and a cardigan, all fairly good quality.
I wore the boots out last night and though the heels did feel as though they might snap off, they didn't.


Also, the shop refused to take card and explained it was 'because of the cost of items', I can understand if it was because of a charge the store might receive on processing a card transaction but then why not say it? It did seem a bit dodgy.


Does anyone know where the stock for these places comes from?
