Have just got a King size bed. Have previously bought ASDA's 100% Egyptian Cotton Elegant Living sheets which are excellent quality and imo better than those from other higher priced names. Picked up 3 king size fitted sheets from this range SEL £13.00 which is a bargain but scanned at £6.50. I had picked up the last white one and when went through at this price went back and got a greyish colour (nicer than it sounds) which also scanned at £6.50.Also king size duvet, small silver flowers at £12.50.

I can confirm Asda's Elegant Living Sheets are very nice quality, surprising for the cost and where they're from. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to bedding and I've tried many egyptian cotton sheets of various thread counts, (Tesco ones are horrible!), I think the Asda ones are sateen which are more tightly woven so smoother.
I've got two of their fitted sheets and they've outlasted more expensive ones from TKMaxx and are still going strong. :money:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I've got 2 fitted sheets and 4 pairs of pillowcases from Asda and I've had them 2-3 years. If I remember rightly they were in the sale and I think I got a pair of pillowcases for £2-3 but can't remember how much the sheets were (possibly £5). They were all so cheap and they have lasted well and have not gone bobbly like some other sheets I've had over the years. I would certainly buy more bedding from Asda."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0

I know this is slightly off topic but I got some fabulous Egyptian cotton hand towels in their recent sale. REALLY thick and fluffy and an excellent price even when not in the sale.0

Really pleased to hear people rate this bedding - just bought sheet, duvet cover set and extra pillowcases for a king size bed for £25 the lot, so v glad to hear it's good stuff as well as a bargain!0

Please can I ask the barcode of the king sized fitted sheets?
I thought I'd got the correct one today but it was going through at £13 “Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Must be store specific. Is working in Asda Shore Road, Belfast but not Asda Living, Cityside, Belfast. Hope someone else gets them in other stores. Imo still a bargain at full price anyway but even nicer at half that.0 -

It's a bit weirder in Portsmouth....
Price on shelf is £11, reduced from £13 (so a £2 discount at the moment).... but scans at £13 !!!
I have the El. Living towels and they are like nothing I've felt/seen before. Sooooooo good. I think they are like 800 GSM!!!!! So I wanted the bedding stuff too but don't "need" more bedding so at full price I will leave it until I need it.0 -
Thanks to the OP by the way!!0
