Poor turn out

I was lucky enough to win a ticket for Blenheim Palace and course walk with Laura Collett yesterday. I went with a "horsey friend" who I was happy to hand the course walk over too, however when we got there only 4 out of 15 winners had turned up so they invited me to also join them.
I found the walk interesting and a bit scary to see what these people and horses are jumping over, but also a little frustrating that so many people had replied and accepted tickets but not turned up

That's so annoying! What a fantastic opportunity to be wasted. They could have at least asked the tickets to be redrawn... glad you got to experience the course anyway
